SWL · Squad Training 5.2

The top five gymnasts are on show. Each board has a blurred glimpse of the next place. Press a visible name to open their skills.

Good foundations earn more. Base complexes and basic leaps earn 10 points, handstand holds and all upgrades (including upgraded leaps) 5, and pro upgrades 2.5.Harder skills add smaller gains. This rewards strong basics and gives gymnasts building their foundations a chance to keep up with more advanced gymnasts.

Perfect earns double. It replaces the Achieved score. Achieved means the skill would count without a downgrade, with no more than 0.5 deductions; Perfect allows no more than 0.2.

All three green earns one bonus point. Get all three skills in a complex to Perfect for +1 point. Achieved marks and mixed groups earn no bonus. This includes leaps and handstand holds. The bonus follows the current marks.

Compare age groups. The Age filter works alongside squad filters. IGA groups use the age a gymnast turns in the current calendar year: Mini Marvels 5–6, Little Leapers 7–8, Skill Seekers 9–10, Trailblazers 11–12, Pioneers 13–14, Legends 15–16 and Masters 17+. Missing or outdated age information stays in “No current age category”. IGA January 2026 handbook.

Floor and Vault. Floor is selected when the app opens. Vault has its own leaderboard: 10 points for each Achieved skill, 20 for Perfect, and +1 when all three in a group are Perfect. Combined adds floor and vault together. Weekly streaks use floor progress only.

Keep skills fresh. Achieved stays until a coach unticks it. Perfect lasts 30 days, then becomes Achieved. Renew Perfect after practising to restart its 30 days. With 7 days left, only its Renew button turns orange; on the last day it turns red. Renewals do not add points. At 50 qualifying points in the last seven days, your points glow gently and show “On a streak”. Basic Rolls earns no heat. Other basic skills earn heat only for the step to Perfect, plus the all-Perfect complex bonus. Upgrades and pro upgrades still count. These rules only affect heat, not leaderboard scores. Renewals add no heat; resets and undo reduce it. Automatic expiry does not take away earned heat. The points highlight follows the qualifying points earned in the current seven-day window.

Find your place. On a gymnast’s profile, choose Placement to see two people above and below on each board, with blurred previews of the third. Equal scores are ordered alphabetically, with a separate place for each gymnast.
